The Indianapolis Colts dominated the Washington Commanders with a commanding 34-7 victory in Week 4 of the 2026 season. With this win, the Colts not only improved their record but also showcased their offensive prowess and defensive strength, sending a message to the league about their playoff intentions. Quarterback Daniel Jones led the Colts' efficient attack, throwing for 141 yards and a touchdown. However, it was Jonathan Taylor who truly stole the show, racking up 129 rushing yards and consistently moving the chains. Alec Pierce contributed significantly through the air with 72 receiving yards, giving the Colts a balanced offensive performance that kept the Commanders on their heels. Defensively, Laiatu Latu was a standout, recording 3 total tackles and an impressive 2.5 sacks, which significantly disrupted Washington's offensive flow. The turning point came midway through the second quarter when Latu's relentless pressure led to an interception by A.J. Haulcy, effectively shifting momentum in favor of the Colts and sealing Washington's fate.
