In a commanding performance, the Houston Texans topped the New Orleans Saints 49-21 in Week 2 of the 2027 season. This victory solidifies the Texans' strong start to the season while the Saints will need to regroup after a disappointing home loss. C.J. Stroud was the star for Houston, throwing for four touchdowns and showcasing his ability to find the end zone. Woody Marks was a force on the ground, racking up an impressive 182 rushing yards that consistently put the Texans in scoring position. Meanwhile, Tyler Shough led the Saints with 178 passing yards, but he struggled to keep pace with Houston’s explosive offense.
