In a tightly contested matchup, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Carolina Panthers 22-14 in Week 17 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, Seattle secured their postseason berth while ending Carolina's hopes of a late-season surge. Bryce Young led the Panthers with a solid performance, throwing for 260 yards and a touchdown, while Tetairoa McMillan showcased his skills with 109 receiving yards. However, it was Jadarian Price who shined for Seattle, rushing for 117 yards and providing the ground game stability the Seahawks needed to control the clock. Defensively, the Seahawks made crucial plays that impacted the outcome. Nehemiah Pritchett recorded eight tackles, helping limit Carolina's offensive rhythm, while Rylie Mills contributed with a sack. Devon Witherspoon's interception proved to be a turning point, stifling a potential scoring drive and allowing Seattle to maintain their lead as they held off the Panthers in the final moments.
