In a tightly contested matchup, the Baltimore Ravens narrowly defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 23-20 in Week 7 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, both teams fought hard, but it was the Ravens who emerged victorious at home, solidifying their position in the playoff race. Baltimore's offense was led by quarterback Michael Penix Jr., who threw for 228 yards, showcasing his ability to connect with his receivers under pressure. Ashton Jeanty fueled the ground game with a stellar performance, racking up 98 rushing yards and keeping the Bengals' defense on its heels. Although Cincinnati's Bo Nix tossed one touchdown, it was DeVonta Smith's impressive 119 receiving yards that provided a bright spot for the Bengals. On the defensive side, T.J. Watt was a game-changer for Baltimore, recording 2.5 sacks that disrupted Cincinnati's offensive rhythm. The turning point came in the fourth quarter when Watt's pressure forced Nix into a critical turnover on downs, allowing the Ravens to maintain their lead. With Omar Speights leading the Bengals' defense with eight tackles, it wasn't enough to overcome the consistent pressure applied by Baltimore's front seven, sealing the game for the home team.
