In a thrilling Week 14 matchup, the Miami Dolphins narrowly defeated the Chicago Bears 26-24, keeping their playoff hopes alive in a tightly contested battle. With both teams fighting for positioning, this game was critical as the season nears its conclusion. Baker Mayfield showcased his skills for the Bears, throwing for 285 yards and two touchdowns, a performance that kept Chicago competitive throughout. Meanwhile, Mike Washington Jr. of the Dolphins was a standout on the ground, racking up 111 rushing yards to lead Miami's offense. The Dolphins also saw significant contributions from their receiving corps, but it was Washington's ground game that helped establish a rhythm for the team. Defensively, Brandon Stephens was instrumental for Miami, leading the team with nine total tackles, which helped stifle the Bears' offensive momentum. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Miami's defense forced a crucial turnover, allowing them to maintain their slim lead and ultimately secure the victory. Will Anderson Jr. of the Bears also made his mark with two sacks, but it wasn't enough to overcome Miami's late-game resilience.
