The Kansas City Chiefs topped the Cleveland Browns with a commanding 51-37 victory in Week 2 of the 2027 season. This high-scoring affair showcased both teams’ offensive firepower, but the Chiefs ultimately outlasted the Browns to secure their second win of the young season. Patrick Mahomes was sensational, throwing for 386 yards and three touchdowns, while Kenneth Walker provided a powerful ground game with 155 rushing yards. Nyck Harbor shone for the Browns, racking up 141 receiving yards, but it was Mahomes' aerial assault that proved too much to handle for Cleveland's defense. Defensively, Nick Bolton was the standout for Kansas City, recording a remarkable five sacks and contributing to a relentless pass rush that disrupted the Browns' offensive rhythm. The game's turning point came in the fourth quarter when Bolton's fifth sack led to a crucial turnover on downs, allowing the Chiefs to extend their lead and ultimately seal the victory.
