In a tightly contested matchup, the Tennessee Titans narrowly defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars 23-17 in Week 12 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications hanging in the balance, both teams fought hard, but it was the Titans who emerged victorious, solidifying their position in the postseason race. Leading the charge for Tennessee was quarterback Cam Ward, who threw for an impressive 311 yards and two touchdowns. Ward's connection with receiver Keenan Allen, who racked up 93 yards, proved pivotal in keeping the chains moving. Running back Nick Singleton also made his presence felt, contributing 87 rushing yards to help maintain offensive balance throughout the game. Defensively, the Jaguars struggled to contain the Titans' offensive attack, but linebacker Jadon Canady was a bright spot with eight total tackles. The game's turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Ward orchestrated a crucial drive that culminated in a touchdown, pushing the Titans ahead for good. While the Jaguars' Zach Durfee recorded a sack, it wasn't enough to shift momentum back in their favor as Tennessee held off a late surge to secure the win.
