In a thrilling Week 12 matchup, the Houston Texans topped the Baltimore Ravens with a final score of 35-24, solidifying their playoff aspirations with a crucial victory. Both teams entered the game with high hopes, but it was the Texans who emerged victorious, showcasing their offensive firepower and defensive prowess. C.J. Stroud led the Texans' charge with an impressive three touchdown passes, while Woody Marks dominated the ground game, rushing for 113 yards. Lamar Jackson put forth a valiant effort for the Ravens, throwing for 249 yards and keeping his team competitive, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win. Zay Flowers also had a strong performance, recording 80 receiving yards, but the Ravens' offense struggled to keep pace with the Texans. Defensively, the Texans made critical plays that turned the tide of the game. Will Anderson Jr. registered 1.5 sacks, consistently pressuring Jackson, while Derek Stingley Jr. notched an interception that halted a potential scoring drive for Baltimore. The turning point came in the second quarter when the Texans scored back-to-back touchdowns, giving them a lead they would not relinquish, ultimately sealing their victory with strong defensive stands down the stretch.
