In an exciting Week 18 showdown, the Los Angeles Rams topped the Seattle Seahawks with a final score of 45-31, solidifying their playoff positioning in the 2026 season. Both teams came into this must-win game with high stakes, but it was the Rams who emerged victorious, showcasing their offensive firepower. Sam Darnold of the Seahawks delivered a standout performance, throwing for 360 yards and four touchdowns, but it was Puka Nacua of the Rams who stole the show with an incredible 263 receiving yards. Despite Darnold's impressive numbers, the Seahawks struggled to find balance in their ground game, with Jadarian Price managing only 46 rushing yards, which limited their offensive effectiveness. The Rams' defense played a crucial role in the outcome, with Kamren Kinchens making a significant impact by intercepting two passes, stifling the Seahawks' momentum at key moments. The game's turning point came in the third quarter when Kinchens' second interception set up a quick scoring drive for Los Angeles, extending their lead and putting the pressure back on Seattle. Ultimately, the Rams' ability to capitalize on defensive turnovers was instrumental in their victory.
