In a dominating performance, the Pittsburgh Steelers triumphed over the Houston Texans with a final score of 52-10, solidifying their playoff aspirations in Week 13 of the 2026 season. This victory not only showcased the Steelers' offensive prowess but also served as a statement game as they continue to build momentum heading into the postseason. Leading the charge for Pittsburgh was quarterback Michael Penix Jr., who threw for an impressive 363 yards and four touchdowns, showcasing his ability to command the field. Complementing his aerial assault, Rico Dowdle contributed significantly on the ground with 112 rushing yards, while DK Metcalf made his presence felt with 108 receiving yards. The Steelers' offense was firing on all cylinders, leaving the Texans’ defense struggling to keep pace. Defensively, the Steelers were equally formidable, with Jaquan Brisker recording a game-high eight total tackles and Jalen Ramsey adding an interception to halt any potential Texans' momentum. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Ramsey’s pick set up another quick scoring drive for Pittsburgh, extending their lead to 21-0 and effectively putting the game out of reach. With contributions on both sides of the ball, the Steelers demonstrated why they are a force to be reckoned with this season.
