In a commanding performance, the Albuquerque Vultures topped the Louisville Kings 37-13 in Week 3 of the 2027 season. The victory solidified the Vultures' status as a formidable contender early in the season, showcasing their offensive prowess and strategic execution. Jon Langford led the charge for Albuquerque, throwing for 284 yards and two touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the offense. Juan Bradford complemented the passing game with a solid 73 rushing yards, while Jayden Reed stood out for the Kings, racking up 136 receiving yards but unable to change the game's outcome. Defensively, the Vultures managed to contain the Kings, forcing them into unfavorable situations throughout the game. The turning point came in the second quarter, where a crucial stop by the Vultures' defense shifted momentum, allowing Langford and company to extend their lead. Despite a strong effort from Dadrion Taylor-Demerson of the Kings, who recorded eight tackles, it wasn't enough to halt the Albuquerque onslaught.
