In a thrilling Week 18 showdown, the Bar Harbor Sailors narrowly defeated the Boston Colonials with a final score of 19-14, securing their playoff positioning in a tightly contested matchup. With the stakes high, both teams fought hard for a chance to keep their postseason hopes alive. Cam Ward of the Colonials had a standout performance, throwing for 245 yards and one touchdown, while also leading the team with an impressive 107 rushing yards. Michael Wilson contributed significantly in the passing game, racking up 72 receiving yards, but it ultimately wasn't enough to propel Boston to victory. The Sailors' defense played a crucial role in the outcome, led by Carson Schwesinger, who tallied eight total tackles. Tory Glenn added pressure with a key sack, while A.J. Terrell Jr. sealed the game with a critical interception that halted a potential game-tying drive for the Colonials. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Terrell's pick shifted momentum firmly in Bar Harbor's favor, allowing them to secure the win.
