The Seattle Seahawks made a statement in Week 13 of the 2026 season, defeating the Dallas Cowboys 35-10 in a commanding performance. With playoff positioning on the line, Seattle's dominance at home puts them in a strong position as the regular season nears its conclusion. Jalen Milroe was the standout performer for the Seahawks, throwing for three touchdowns while directing a potent offense. Jadarian Price complemented the aerial attack with a powerful ground game, rushing for 104 yards, while Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott led his team in passing yards with 320, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with Seattle’s high-flying offense. Jalen Nailor also put together a solid performance for the Cowboys, racking up 121 receiving yards. Defensively, the Seahawks were relentless, with Kam Chancellor leading the way with 11 total tackles, ensuring that Dallas struggled to find any rhythm. The turning point came in the second quarter when Nick Emmanwori intercepted Prescott, shifting momentum firmly in Seattle's favor. Quinnen Williams made his mark for the Cowboys with two sacks, but it was the Seahawks' defensive pressure and timely turnovers that sealed the victory and kept Dallas at bay.
