The Baltimore Ravens topped the New Orleans Saints 33-21 in a Week 2 showdown of the 2026 season, marking a crucial early victory for Baltimore. With both teams looking to build momentum, the Ravens' performance solidified their position in the AFC as they look to contend for a playoff spot. Lamar Jackson was the star of the night, throwing for two touchdowns and rushing for an impressive 114 yards, showcasing his dual-threat ability. Tyler Shough put up a strong fight for the Saints with 273 passing yards and a touchdown, while Chris Olave emerged as a key target, racking up 110 receiving yards. However, it was Jackson’s dynamic play that tilted the game in the Ravens' favor. Defensively, Ed Reed's three interceptions were a game-changer, halting the Saints' offensive momentum at critical moments. Chase Young also made his presence felt, contributing two sacks that pressured Shough throughout the game. The turning point came in the second quarter when Reed’s first interception set up a quick touchdown, allowing the Ravens to pull ahead and maintain control for the rest of the contest.
