In a commanding performance, the Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Denver Broncos 41-12 in Week 2 of the 2026 season. This victory solidifies the Jaguars' early claim as a formidable contender, while the Broncos must regroup after a disappointing outing on their home turf. Trevor Lawrence was the standout for Jacksonville, delivering an impressive 274 passing yards and tossing two touchdowns. He connected with Parker Washington for a remarkable 154 receiving yards, showcasing a dynamic offensive chemistry that kept the Broncos' defense on the back foot throughout the game. The Jaguars' ground game also contributed, but it was their aerial assault that truly set the tone. Defensively, Jacksonville was effective in stifling the Broncos' attempts to mount a comeback. Travis Hunter's interception served as a pivotal moment, halting any momentum Denver had and allowing the Jaguars to further extend their lead. Despite Zach Allen's lone sack for Denver, the Jaguars' defense consistently applied pressure, limiting the Broncos to just 12 points and securing a decisive win.
