In a tightly contested matchup, the Buffalo Bills narrowly defeated the New York Jets 22-19 in Week 18 of the 2026 season, securing their playoff position. With both teams fighting for postseason aspirations, the Bills emerged victorious in a game that kept fans on the edge of their seats until the final whistle. Josh Allen was the standout for Buffalo, throwing for 265 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his dual-threat capability. DJ Moore was his favorite target, racking up 76 receiving yards, while the Jets' Breece Hall led the ground game with 72 rushing yards, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Bills' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Bills made crucial plays to secure the win, highlighted by Cole Bishop’s timely interception that shifted momentum late in the game. Although Demario Davis led the Jets with eight tackles and David Bailey recorded 2.5 sacks, the Bills' defense held firm when it mattered most, stifling the Jets' attempts to mount a comeback and ultimately sealing the victory.
