In a commanding performance to kick off the 2026 season, the Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Cleveland Browns 35-3. With the stakes high in Week 1, Jacksonville set the tone for the year with a decisive victory that showcased their offensive firepower and defensive prowess. Trevor Lawrence led the charge for the Jaguars, throwing for 275 yards and four touchdowns, effectively dismantling the Browns’ defense. He connected with Danny Gray, who racked up 102 receiving yards, proving to be a reliable target throughout the game. Despite struggles on the ground, Cleveland's Quinshon Judkins managed to lead his team with just 29 rushing yards, highlighting the difficulties they faced offensively. Defensively, the Jaguars were relentless, with Foyesade Oluokun making his presence felt by recording three tackles and an interception. The turning point came when Oluokun intercepted a pass in the red zone, halting a potential scoring drive for the Browns and allowing Jacksonville to extend their lead shortly after. Josh Hines-Allen also contributed with a sack, further illustrating the Jaguars' dominance on both sides of the ball.
