Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes, better ball security on interceptions, and unlimited stamina on the return (until using a special move or breaking a tackle). Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.

Defenders with this ability have a greatly increased chance to react much faster to receiver cut moves when in man coverage and inside the numbers. Upgrades with MCV and PRC.
