In a dominant season opener, the Cincinnati Bengals defeated the Baltimore Ravens 29-6, setting the tone for what they hope will be a strong campaign in 2027. With both teams looking to establish early momentum, the Bengals wasted no time in showcasing their offensive prowess. Leading the charge for Cincinnati was quarterback Joe Burrow, who threw for 237 yards, while running back Chase Brown added a powerful 117 yards on the ground. Ja'Marr Chase was the top target, racking up 94 receiving yards and contributing significantly to the Bengals' offensive onslaught. The trio effectively dismantled the Ravens' defense throughout the game. Defensively, the Bengals held strong, limiting the Ravens to just six points and forcing crucial stops when it mattered most. While Roquan Smith led Baltimore with ten tackles, it was Cincinnati’s ability to contain the Ravens' offense that proved critical. The turning point came in the second quarter when the Bengals scored a quick touchdown, leaving Baltimore struggling to respond as they fell further behind.
