In a decisive Week 5 matchup, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Baltimore Ravens with a final score of 31-7, showcasing their dominance at home. With this victory, the Seahawks improve their standing in the competitive NFC, while the Ravens will need to regroup as they face mounting challenges early in the season. On the offensive side, Jalen Milroe led the Seahawks with a solid performance, throwing for one touchdown, while Josh Jacobs was the standout star on the ground, racking up 110 rushing yards. Lamar Jackson of the Ravens put up 187 passing yards, but struggled to find the end zone, leaving his team searching for answers in the wake of a tough loss. Devontez Walker contributed with 50 receiving yards, but it was clear that the Ravens' offense couldn't keep pace with Seattle's explosive attack. Defensively, the Seahawks made crucial plays that shifted the momentum of the game, highlighted by Uchenna Nwosu's sack and Nehemiah Pritchett's interception, which both stymied Baltimore's drives. The turning point came in the second quarter when Pritchett's interception set up a quick scoring drive for Seattle, extending their lead and putting the Ravens in a difficult position to recover. Roquan Smith led Baltimore's defense with nine total tackles, but their efforts were not enough to contain a relentless Seattle offense that took control early and never looked back.
