In a decisive Week 5 matchup, the Tennessee Titans dominated the Houston Texans, sealing a convincing 21-0 victory. The Titans showcased their prowess on both sides of the ball, improving their record and solidifying their position in the competitive AFC South. Dorian Thompson-Robinson was the star of the game, throwing for 159 yards and three touchdowns, effectively leading the Titans' offense. Carnell Tate emerged as his favorite target, racking up 69 receiving yards and contributing significantly to the Titans' scoring. Meanwhile, the Texans struggled offensively, with Woody Marks managing only 15 rushing yards, a clear indication of their inability to move the ball. Defensively, the Titans were relentless, holding the Texans scoreless throughout the contest. Jordan Howden led the defense with two total tackles, but it was the collective effort that stymied Houston's attempts to find any rhythm. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Thompson-Robinson connected for his second touchdown, putting the Texans in a deep hole that they could never escape.
