In a thrilling Week 12 showdown, the Minnesota Vikings held off the San Francisco 49ers with a final score of 31-25, solidifying their playoff aspirations as the season approaches its climax. Both teams were hungry for a win, but the Vikings' offensive firepower proved too much for the 49ers to handle. Leading the charge for Minnesota was quarterback Kyler Murray, who threw for 263 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his dynamic playmaking ability. Wide receiver Justin Jefferson was a standout target, racking up an impressive 165 receiving yards, while the Vikings' balanced offensive attack kept San Francisco's defense on its heels throughout the contest. On the defensive side, Minnesota's Jakobe Thomas made his presence felt with a team-high seven tackles, helping to stifle the 49ers' efforts to mount a comeback. The game's turning point came in the fourth quarter when a crucial interception by the Vikings shifted momentum back in their favor, leading to a decisive touchdown that ultimately secured the victory.
