In a dominating performance, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Washington Commanders 37-7 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. With this victory, Seattle continues to establish itself as a formidable contender in the league, showcasing their offensive prowess and solid defense against a struggling Washington team. Leading the charge for Seattle was quarterback Jalen Milroe, who threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the Seahawks' offense. Running back Josh Jacobs contributed significantly on the ground with 69 rushing yards, while wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba was the prime target, racking up 71 receiving yards. Seattle's balanced offensive attack proved too much for Washington to handle throughout the game. Defensively, the Seahawks were relentless, with Leonard Williams recording a key sack that disrupted Washington's rhythm. Nick Emmanwori's interception marked a pivotal moment, halting any momentum the Commanders hoped to build. Seattle's defense held firm, allowing just seven points and thwarting Washington's attempts to respond, solidifying the team's victory with a commanding presence on both sides of the ball.
