In a commanding performance, the New York Giants topped the Los Angeles Rams 31-7, securing their second win of the season in Week 2. This victory not only boosts the Giants' confidence but also establishes them as a force to be reckoned with early in the 2026 season. Quarterback Jaxson Dart led the charge for the Giants, throwing for 137 yards and two touchdowns. The ground game was equally impressive, with Cam Skattebo rushing for 121 yards, showcasing his ability to make big plays. Tight end Theo Johnson also contributed significantly, racking up 77 receiving yards to keep the Rams' defense on their heels. Defensively, the Giants made key plays that shifted the momentum of the game. Zack Baun's interception provided a critical turnover, halting any hopes of a Rams comeback. Despite Myles Garrett's solitary sack for Los Angeles, the Giants' defense maintained pressure throughout, effectively stifling the Rams’ offense and sealing the victory.
