In a decisive Week 13 clash, the New York Giants toppled the San Francisco 49ers with a commanding 35-6 victory. This win strengthens the Giants' position in the playoff race, showcasing their dominance at home against a struggling 49ers squad. Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart put on an impressive performance, throwing for 194 yards and two touchdowns, effectively leading his team’s offense. Darnell Mooney emerged as his favorite target, racking up 77 receiving yards and consistently moving the chains. Meanwhile, Christian McCaffrey struggled to find his rhythm for the 49ers, managing only 37 rushing yards on the day. Defensively, the Giants were relentless, with Ar'Darius Washington recording a key sack and Tyler Nubin snagging an interception that shifted momentum in favor of New York. The turning point came early in the second quarter, when Nubin's interception led to a quick touchdown drive, putting the Giants ahead 21-0 and effectively sealing the game. The 49ers' inability to respond on both sides of the ball proved detrimental as the Giants cruised to victory.
