In a decisive Week 12 matchup, the Baltimore Ravens topped the Houston Texans with a final score of 33-17, solidifying their position in the playoff race. The Ravens' victory showcased their offensive prowess and strategic execution, while the Texans struggled to keep pace in a crucial game for their postseason hopes. C.J. Stroud led the Texans' offense, throwing for 231 yards and connecting on one touchdown pass. However, it was Derrick Henry's ground game that shone for the Ravens, as he racked up 69 rushing yards, providing a steady presence in the backfield. Despite the loss, Tank Dell emerged as a bright spot for Houston with 86 receiving yards, demonstrating his ability to stretch the field. Defensively, Roquan Smith made a significant impact for the Ravens, securing an interception that shifted momentum in Baltimore's favor. The game's turning point came late in the first half when Smith's pick set up a quick score, allowing the Ravens to take control. The Texans' defense, despite strong individual performances from Jordyn Brooks and Danielle Hunter, could not contain the Ravens' balanced attack, ultimately falling short in this critical contest.
