The Indianapolis Colts secured a decisive 38-20 victory over the Houston Texans in Week 11 of the 2026 season, keeping their playoff hopes alive. With this win, the Colts showcased their offensive firepower while the Texans struggled to match their intensity on both sides of the ball. Quarterback Daniel Jones shone brightly, throwing for 391 yards and three touchdowns, leading a potent Colts offense. He found his favorite target, Alec Pierce, who racked up an impressive 217 receiving yards, consistently stretching the field and creating big plays. Meanwhile, Jonathan Taylor added to the success on the ground with 91 rushing yards, contributing to a balanced attack that kept the Texans' defense on their heels. Defensively, Charvarius Ward Sr was a standout for the Colts, not only leading the team with eight tackles but also making a pivotal interception that shifted momentum. The Colts' defense managed to contain the Texans' offense, forcing them into critical third-down situations, while Danielle Hunter's lone sack for Houston proved insufficient to disrupt Indianapolis's rhythm. The turning point came midway through the second quarter when Ward's interception led to a touchdown drive, giving the Colts a commanding lead they would not relinquish.
