In a tightly contested Week 10 matchup, the Tennessee Titans narrowly defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars with a final score of 23-20. The stakes were high as both teams fought for positioning in a competitive playoff race, but it was the Titans who emerged victorious on their home turf. Tennessee's offense was led by quarterback Cam Ward, who threw for 356 yards and a touchdown, showcasing his ability to move the ball effectively through the air. Veteran tight end Zach Ertz was a key target, racking up 97 receiving yards, while running back Tony Pollard added a solid ground game with 78 rushing yards. This offensive performance proved crucial in keeping the Jaguars' defense on its heels. Defensively, the Titans were able to apply pressure, with Cedric Gray recording a sack that disrupted Jacksonville's momentum at a critical moment. Although Jourdan Lewis led the Jaguars with ten total tackles, it was the Titans' ability to create pivotal stops that ultimately secured their win. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Tennessee's defense held strong, forcing Jacksonville to settle for a field goal instead of a game-tying touchdown.
