In a decisive Week 2 matchup, the Seattle Seahawks defeated the Arizona Cardinals 28-7, solidifying their early-season momentum. With high stakes for both teams, the Seahawks showcased their dominance, particularly on the offensive side of the ball. Seattle’s offensive stars shone bright, with Jalen Milroe leading the charge with 135 passing yards, while Sam Darnold tossed two touchdown passes to guide the team to victory. Jaxon Smith-Njigba was a standout receiver, racking up 129 yards and proving to be a reliable target for the quarterbacks. Despite a struggling run game, the Seahawks’ aerial attack was more than enough to secure the win. Defensively, the Seahawks made critical plays that shifted the momentum of the game. DeMarcus Lawrence recorded a sack, while Devon Witherspoon intercepted a pass, both of which stifled any potential Arizona scoring drives. The turning point came early in the second half when Seattle's defense forced a turnover, allowing the offense to extend their lead and put the game out of reach for the Cardinals.
