The Dallas Cowboys secured a solid 28-17 win over the Green Bay Packers in Week 6 of the 2026 season, keeping their playoff hopes alive while dealing a blow to the Packers' aspirations. The victory was pivotal as both teams sought to establish their dominance in the competitive NFC landscape. Dak Prescott led the way for the Cowboys with an impressive performance, throwing for 280 yards and two touchdowns. His connection with Ryan Flournoy was particularly effective, as Flournoy racked up 96 receiving yards, making key catches that helped maintain momentum for Dallas. Meanwhile, Josh Jacobs of the Packers put up a valiant effort on the ground with 94 rushing yards, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with the Cowboys' offense. Defensively, the Cowboys made crucial plays that shifted the momentum of the game. Malachi Lawrence was a standout, recording 1.5 sacks that disrupted the Packers' rhythm and put pressure on their quarterback. The turning point came in the third quarter when Lawrence's sack led to a turnover on downs, allowing Dallas to capitalize and extend their lead, ultimately sealing the victory.
