In a decisive Week 10 showdown, the Dallas Cowboys topped the San Francisco 49ers with a final score of 39-24. This victory keeps the Cowboys in strong contention as they push toward the playoffs, while the 49ers must regroup after a tough loss to maintain their postseason hopes. Brock Purdy had an impressive outing for San Francisco, throwing for 338 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his ability to lead the offense effectively. However, it was Javonte Williams who stole the spotlight with a remarkable performance for Dallas, racking up 233 rushing yards that consistently put the Cowboys in scoring position. Meanwhile, De'Zhaun Stribling provided a solid target for Purdy, finishing with 116 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Cowboys' offensive onslaught. The Dallas defense played a crucial role in the outcome, with Jalen Thompson leading the charge with six tackles, ensuring that the 49ers struggled to establish a rhythm. A pivotal moment came in the second half when Caleb Downs recorded a key sack, forcing a turnover on downs that shifted momentum firmly in the Cowboys' favor. Although Renardo Green intercepted a pass for San Francisco, it couldn't counter the overall defensive effort by Dallas, allowing them to secure the victory.
