Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes, better ball security on interceptions, and unlimited stamina on the return (until using a special move or breaking a tackle). Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.

Defenders with this ability play more powerful catch tackles that force greatly increased knockouts and fatigue penalties on Perfect catch tackles. Upgrades with TAK, ZCV, and POW.

Players with this ability avoid any ratings penalties associated with playing outside of their primary position and have reduced stamina costs for all actions. Upgrades with SPD, ACC, and COD.

Defenders with this ability have a greatly improved chance to succeed at catch tackle knockouts, and a longer knockout window, in man-to-man versus deep routes 20+ yards from the LoS. Upgrades with MCV, SPD, and JMP.
