In a closely contested matchup, the New York Jets narrowly defeated the Green Bay Packers 17-13 in Week 2 of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to solidify their early-season momentum, the Jets emerged victorious, showcasing their resilience on home turf. Trevor Lawrence led the Packers with a solid performance, throwing for 302 yards and one touchdown. However, it was the Jets' offensive weapons that shone brightly, particularly Carnell Tate, who racked up an impressive 138 receiving yards. Jahmyr Gibbs contributed with 62 rushing yards, providing crucial support that kept the Jets' offense balanced and effective. Defensively, the Jets made key plays that turned the tide in their favor.
