In a dominant display, the Washington Commanders triumphed over the Atlanta Falcons with a commanding score of 60-21 in Week 15 of the 2026 season. This victory not only bolstered the Commanders' playoff aspirations but also showcased their offensive firepower against a struggling Falcons squad. Leading the charge for Washington was quarterback Jayden Daniels, who threw for an impressive 544 yards and five touchdowns, establishing himself as the standout performer of the game. Wide receiver Terry McLaurin was his primary target, racking up 264 receiving yards, consistently finding ways to exploit the Falcons' secondary. Meanwhile, Bijan Robinson of the Falcons had a solid outing, rushing for 139 yards, but it simply wasn't enough to keep pace with the Commanders' relentless offense. Washington's defense played a pivotal role in the outcome, with Jonathan Allen contributing two sacks and Cory Trice Jr. grabbing an interception. The turning point came in the second quarter when the Commanders’ defense stifled a Falcons drive, allowing their offense to capitalize and extend their lead. With Trey Amos leading the defense with six total tackles, the Commanders demonstrated a well-rounded performance that was too much for Atlanta to handle.
