The Cleveland Browns dominated the New York Jets with a commanding 56-20 victory in Week 5 of the 2026 season. With this win, the Browns improve their record and make a strong statement in the AFC, showcasing their offensive prowess against a struggling Jets team. Leading the charge for Cleveland was quarterback Taylen Green, who threw for an impressive 363 yards and a staggering seven touchdown passes, showcasing an efficient and explosive passing game. Green's favorite target, Isaiah Bond, racked up 121 receiving yards, contributing significantly to the offensive onslaught. Meanwhile, Breece Hall of the Jets put up a valiant effort on the ground with 200 rushing yards, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Browns' high-octane attack. Defensively, the Browns made crucial plays that turned the tide of the game, highlighted by Tyson Campbell's interception that halted a Jets drive and shifted momentum back to Cleveland. The pressure from Jared Verse, who recorded a sack, further stymied New York's offense, leading to a series of three-and-outs. The combination of explosive offense and timely defense proved too much for the Jets, as the Browns cruised to a comfortable victory.
