In a commanding performance, the Cleveland Browns defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 35-12 in Week 2 of the 2026 season. The victory solidifies the Browns' early positioning in the league, showcasing their offensive prowess and defensive resilience against a struggling Buccaneers squad. Taylen Green led the charge for Cleveland, throwing for 246 yards and two touchdowns, while Quinshon Judkins contributed significantly on the ground with 98 rushing yards. KC Concepcion Jr. emerged as a key target, racking up 115 receiving yards and providing Green with a reliable option throughout the game. This offensive trio was instrumental in building and maintaining a comfortable lead. Defensively, the Browns capitalized on key moments, highlighted by Grant Delpit's interception, which shifted momentum at a critical juncture. While the Buccaneers' Rueben Bain Jr. recorded two sacks, Cleveland's overall defensive strategy limited Tampa Bay's scoring opportunities, sealing the game decisively. The combination of a potent offense and a disciplined defense proved too much for the Buccaneers to handle.
