In a crucial Week 13 matchup, the Indianapolis Colts topped the Houston Texans 20-10, solidifying their playoff positioning as the season winds down. The victory keeps the Colts in contention while the Texans must regroup to maintain their own postseason hopes. The Colts' offense was led by Jonathan Taylor, who churned out 110 rushing yards, dominating the ground game and controlling the clock. Quarterback LaNorris Sellers contributed with a key touchdown pass, though he was less prolific in the air compared to C.J. Stroud, who threw for 174 yards for the Texans. Tank Dell also made a notable impact with 78 receiving yards, but it was not enough to match the Colts' offensive efficiency. Defensively, the Colts were formidable, highlighted by Laiatu Latu's three sacks that disrupted Stroud's rhythm throughout the game. The turning point came in the second half when Latu's pressure forced a critical turnover, allowing the Colts to extend their lead and ultimately seal the win. Kamari Lassiter led the Texans with ten total tackles, but the defense struggled to contain the Colts' rushing attack, proving decisive in this hard-fought contest.
