In a thrilling Week 17 showdown, the Dallas Cowboys topped the Pittsburgh Steelers with a final score of 35-25, solidifying their playoff positioning as the regular season draws to a close. Both teams came into the game looking to improve their standings, but it was the Cowboys who ultimately emerged victorious, showcasing their offensive prowess. Jalon Daniels led the charge for Dallas, throwing three touchdown passes while Rachaad White was nothing short of spectacular, amassing 147 rushing yards and an impressive 132 receiving yards. White's dual-threat capability proved crucial in dismantling the Steelers' defense and keeping the chains moving. Garrett Nussmeier kept the Steelers competitive with 264 passing yards, but the balance of power rested firmly with the Cowboys. Defensively, the Cowboys made pivotal plays that changed the course of the game, with LT Overton recording two sacks and Jermond McCoy snagging an interception. Grant Delpit anchored the defense with four total tackles, but it was the Cowboys' ability to pressure Nussmeier that shifted momentum. The turning point came in the second half when the Cowboys' defense stifled a Steelers drive, allowing Dallas to extend their lead and ultimately secure the win.
