In a commanding display to kick off the 2026 season, the New York Jets triumphed over the Tennessee Titans with a final score of 48-24. The victory not only sets the tone for the Jets this year but also showcases their explosive offensive capabilities right out of the gate. Quarterback Joe Milton shined for New York, throwing for an impressive 472 yards and six touchdowns, making a strong case for early MVP consideration. He connected with Kenyon Sadiq, who racked up 174 receiving yards, providing a lethal one-two punch that the Titans struggled to contain all game. The Jets’ offense was relentless, demonstrating a balanced attack that kept Tennessee on their heels. Defensively, the Jets made crucial plays, highlighted by Isaiah Bolden's standout performance with three interceptions, turning the tide in New York's favor. While the Titans' Anthony Hill Jr. managed to record a sack, the overall defensive pressure from the Jets stifled any hopes of a Tennessee comeback. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Bolden's second interception set up another quick score for New York, effectively sealing the game well before halftime.
