In a high-octane showdown, the Kansas City Chiefs topped the New York Jets 41-29 in Week 9 of the 2026 season. This victory keeps the Chiefs firmly in the playoff picture, while the Jets struggle to maintain their footing in a competitive conference. Xavier Worthy was his favorite target, racking up 288 receiving yards, making crucial plays that kept the Jets' defense on their heels. Breece Hall led the Jets on the ground with 66 rushing yards, but it was clear that Kansas City's air attack was the difference-maker. Defensively, the Chiefs were opportunistic, with Mansoor Delane snagging an interception that shifted momentum late in the game.
