In a dominant display, the New Orleans Saints crushed the Pittsburgh Steelers with a final score of 51-0 in Week 7 of the 2026 season. With playoff aspirations on the line, this victory not only boosts the Saints' standing but also raises questions about the Steelers' direction this season. Leading the charge for New Orleans was quarterback Tyler Shough, who threw for an impressive 482 yards and five touchdowns, showcasing his ability to dissect the Steelers' defense. Wide receiver Chris Olave was a standout target, racking up 159 receiving yards, while the Saints' ground game contributed to the overwhelming offensive performance. The Saints' defense was equally formidable, highlighted by Jonas Sanker’s two interceptions that turned the tide early in the game. The Steelers struggled to find any rhythm, with T.J. Watt's lone sack providing little relief against a relentless New Orleans offense. This game marked a turning point, as the Saints' ability to stifle the Steelers' attack solidified their commanding lead and ultimately secured the shutout victory.
