In a high-scoring showdown, the Dallas Cowboys topped the Houston Texans 56-35 in Week 4 of the 2026 season. Both teams came into this game looking to establish their dominance, but it was the Cowboys who emerged victorious, showcasing their offensive prowess. C.J. Stroud put on a remarkable performance for the Texans, throwing for 317 yards and four touchdowns, demonstrating why he is a rising star in the league. However, it was Jaydon Blue who stole the spotlight for Dallas, rushing for an impressive 235 yards, making significant contributions to the Cowboys' ground game. Receiver Tank Dell also shined for Houston, racking up 107 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to match the Cowboys' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Cowboys were able to make crucial plays when it mattered most, highlighted by DaRon Bland's interception that shifted momentum. Additionally, LT Overton's sack added to the pressure on Stroud, impacting his ability to execute in critical moments. The turning point came when the Cowboys scored quickly after Bland's interception, extending their lead and putting the Texans in a challenging position they couldn't overcome.
