In a tightly contested matchup, the Tennessee Titans secured a 24-14 victory over the Houston Texans in Week 5 of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to solidify their standing in the division, the Titans' performance proved crucial as they continued their push for a playoff spot. Josh Allen led the Titans' offense with two touchdown passes, showcasing his ability to connect with his receivers under pressure. Meanwhile, Jayden Daniels of the Texans put up impressive numbers with 289 passing yards and George Pickens stood out with 133 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Titans' offensive momentum. Jeremiyah Love also contributed on the ground for Houston, rushing for 58 yards, but the Texans struggled to find the end zone consistently. Defensively, the Texans were led by Terrel Bernard, who recorded nine total tackles, while Jonathon Cooper added a sack to the mix. Despite their efforts, the turning point came in the second quarter when the Titans capitalized on a key turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and maintain control throughout the game.
