In a commanding performance, the Houston Texans topped the Green Bay Packers 45-21 in Week 12 of the 2028 season. The Texans' victory not only solidifies their playoff aspirations but also showcases their offensive prowess against a struggling Packers squad. Drake Maye was the star of the night, throwing an impressive six touchdown passes, while Raheim Sanders contributed significantly with 110 rushing yards. For the Packers, Jordan Travis put up a valiant effort, racking up 328 passing yards and connecting with Michael Jackson for 152 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to keep pace with the Texans' explosive offense. Defensively, the Packers struggled to contain Houston's high-octane attack, with Jordan Battle managing just half a sack amid a barrage of scoring. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Maye threw three consecutive touchdown passes, effectively putting the game out of reach for Green Bay. D.J. Reed led the Packers with eight total tackles, but it was clear that the Texans' offense was firing on all cylinders.
