In a commanding performance, the Washington Commanders topped the Green Bay Packers 35-7 in Week 17 of the 2027 season, solidifying their playoff positioning. The stakes were high for both teams, but it was the Commanders who showcased their dominance on the field. Dak Prescott was the standout for Washington, throwing for an impressive 351 yards and four touchdowns, effectively slicing through the Packers' defense. Kenyon Sadiq made a significant impact, racking up 128 receiving yards, while Trevor Etienne contributed on the ground with 56 rushing yards, helping the Commanders maintain control throughout the game. Defensively, the Commanders were equally impressive, with Nick Bosa leading the charge and recording 1.5 sacks that disrupted Green Bay's offensive rhythm. The turning point came early in the second half when Prescott connected with Sadiq for a touchdown that extended the lead to 21-0, leaving the Packers struggling to recover. The Commanders' defense held firm, limiting Green Bay's scoring opportunities and sealing the decisive victory.
