The Baltimore Ravens topped the New Orleans Saints 27-16 in a crucial Week 2 matchup of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to establish momentum early in the year, the Ravens managed to hold off a late charge from New Orleans to secure the victory at home. Tyler Shough led the Saints' passing attack with 178 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to find the end zone. Despite the loss, Derrick Henry made a notable impact on the ground for Baltimore, racking up 69 rushing yards to complement their offensive efforts. Jordyn Tyson also contributed with 59 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Ravens' scoring. Defensively, Marlon Humphrey was the standout for Baltimore, picking off Shough twice and changing the complexion of the game. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Humphrey's second interception set up a pivotal touchdown drive, giving the Ravens a comfortable lead they would not relinquish. The Ravens' defense, particularly their ability to capitalize on turnovers, proved decisive in this hard-fought contest.
