The Indianapolis Colts topped the Minnesota Vikings 28-7 in a decisive Week 7 matchup of the 2026 season. With this victory, the Colts solidify their position in the playoff race, while the Vikings continue to struggle for consistency. Daniel Jones was the standout for Indianapolis, throwing for 241 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing impressive poise and accuracy throughout the game. His connection with the receivers, particularly in the red zone, allowed the Colts to capitalize on their scoring opportunities. Meanwhile, Justin Jefferson shone for the Vikings, racking up 126 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Colts' offensive firepower. Defensively, the Colts made critical plays that shifted the momentum in their favor. Tacario Davis's two interceptions were game-changers, thwarting any hope of a Vikings comeback. The Colts' ability to pressure the quarterback, combined with A.J. Haulcy's solid tackling, helped keep the Vikings' offense in check, solidifying their dominant performance on both sides of the ball.
