The Tampa Bay Buccaneers cruised to a decisive 37-7 victory over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3 of the 2026 season. With this win, the Buccaneers solidify their position in the NFC, showcasing their offensive prowess and defensive tenacity against a struggling Vikings squad. Baker Mayfield led the way for Tampa Bay, throwing for 246 yards and two touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the offense. His connection with the receivers was evident, as the team racked up points with precision and efficiency. On the other side, Jordan Addison shone for the Vikings, amassing 127 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Buccaneers' offensive onslaught. Defensively, the Buccaneers made their mark with a strong performance, highlighted by Rueben Bain Jr.'s sack and Zyon McCollum's interception. The turning point came in the second quarter, when McCollum picked off a pass, shifting momentum firmly in Tampa Bay's favor. The Vikings struggled to find their rhythm, and the Buccaneers capitalized on defensive stops, ultimately controlling the game from start to finish.
