In a hard-fought battle, the New England Patriots topped the Jacksonville Jaguars 24-13 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. The stakes were high as both teams sought to establish themselves early in the season, but it was the Patriots who proved to be the more resilient squad, securing a crucial victory on the road. Night Train Lane showcased his skills for the Jaguars, throwing for 354 yards and one touchdown while also adding 16 rushing yards. Jaylin Noel contributed significantly in the receiving game, racking up 100 yards, but ultimately, it wasn’t enough to overcome the Patriots’ balanced offensive attack that kept the pressure on throughout the game. Defensively, the Patriots made a statement with Joey Bosa leading the charge, recording three sacks that consistently disrupted the Jaguars’ rhythm. Jarrian Jones added an interception that proved pivotal, halting a potential scoring drive and shifting momentum firmly in New England's favor. The turning point came in the second half when the Patriots' defense tightened, allowing them to maintain their lead and secure the win.
