In a hard-fought battle, the Seattle Seahawks narrowly defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars, with a final score of 13-7 in Week 15 of the 2027 season. Both teams were vying for crucial playoff positioning, making this matchup a significant one as the season nears its conclusion. Trevor Lawrence led the Jaguars with a solid performance, throwing for 249 yards and one touchdown, showcasing his ability to move the offense down the field. However, it was Raleek Brown who delivered for the Seahawks on the ground, recording 77 rushing yards to help keep Seattle's offense balanced. Jeremiah Smith stood out for Jacksonville, amassing 86 receiving yards, but ultimately, the Jaguars fell short in their offensive efforts. Defensively, the Seahawks made key plays that swung the momentum in their favor, highlighted by Derick Hall's two sacks and Ernest Jones IV's interception. Hall's pressure on Lawrence was crucial, disrupting the Jaguars' passing game and leading to critical stops. The turning point came in the second half when Jones IV picked off a pass that halted a promising Jacksonville drive, allowing Seattle to maintain their lead and secure the victory.
